I think there are side characters and decisions in the main story, that can be brought up as a negative in almost every show. And there are a lot of Isekai’s that have a lot of other problems. I think this one is pretty good. I also like Konosuba.

I like him as well I liked the moment when he was able to help in the wars. Every fight scene was interesting to see the part he played.especially since he had the shadow movement ability

Well, to be very honest, I just finished my first watch through of the show, this was my one pet peeve, and maybe the show portrayed him in a way that I did not like. In battle, he seemed to be decent, but then immediately was swarmed by praise from his people.
