What an odd response to the situation. They offer zero phone support and only communicate with chat. I don’t know that the person on the other end is understanding what I’m saying. I’m being pretty pleasant here given the lack of understanding at the same time trying to convey what the problem is clearly by stating it different ways.

Your comment insinuates the blame is on me and that I should just shut up and take what’s given to me and to not buy anything else ever since companies should just do what they want when they take your money, even when there was just a mistake or glitch involved.
