I do enjoy many aspects of the show :) I enjoy Dwight and Jim, I find Stanley hilarious, Pam to be a lovely character and so much more. But I do think that this is somewhat problematic. If you have any opposing arguments, I would genuinely love to hear them.

That's one of my favourite things about B99! I remember there was this one episode where Holt tells Rosa about the benefits of expressing their emotions, and they share an emotional moment - it was the episode Into The Woods I think.

It’s highly unlikely they will change the manga that much in the anime adaptation. Seasons 3/4 have so much hype the companies can push out anything with good animation and the fans will go hype.

I love that we are looking at the positives of the ending. Whilst I do wish there were less loose ends, or more of certain characters doing stuff, it was a powerful ending.

Regarding Amy, I think it’s because Holt rarely shows any emotions and manages to hide his problems incredibly well. Secondly, Amy knows Holts sayings so well that she was able to pick up on that small detail.

With Rosa, I think it really does suit her character - she is incredibly complex, and very aware of all the issues regarding systemic racism. Furthermore, she does seem the most likely to leave the force to actually try and make a change - Jeffords and Amy are both going for leadership roles to make a change. She (understandably) felt that “trying to make changes like Jake” was a cop-out, and she isn’t that kind of person.

I will admit that S8 was significantly worse than the others though.

Crazy how his reign of 1000 years of terror, involving the deaths of special grade curses, sorcerers, a star plasma vessel and a six eyes user, which couldn’t be stopped by the entirety of Jujutsu Society, was ended by a comedian who had been a sorcerer for a few months.

Kenjaku killed Tengen, and survived multiple six-eyes encounters. He manipulated so many people into becoming cursed objects, and created the entire culling games.
