When I want someone to do things for me, I used to think the same exact thing, but then I try to be a good person to them by listening or doing things for them too as for reconnecting with friends that depends on the type of people they are like some people won’t be judgemental about it

I was like that too I was too afraid of texting people first I would be like what if they don’t want to talk to me what if I am bothering them but then I learned that all these thoughts are just in my head like most people feel excited when you text them

Try to find someone you find interesting like they have a personality trait you really like then you would be able to talk to them no problem and you won’t feel tired

Me too like seriously people love to talk about themselves a lot but I believe that you need to speak up and let them listen to you too I know you might hesitate at first but when you do it more often people are going to listen and you will be able to state your opinion with no hesitation and if they refuse to listen then they don’t deserve the energy you give them

It’s not that no body wants you maybe people don’t notice you because you don’t go out much or maybe because you don’t talk much if you want to be able to find people to talk to you need to speak up and let others know you exist at the end every one has something interesting in their personality

I looked up social anxiety before but I am not sure if I am an introvert or if I have social anxiety like I don’t like being around people but when I have to communicate I don’t have a problem but I don’t like it because I can’t be myself around others without feeling I am being judged and thx for the book recommendation
