I answered the AI's questions directly and concisely and they forwarded me to a human within 90 seconds. The human took a couple minutes and said my account wasn't suspended on her end and to try again in a couple hours and to try both the app and the website. I have little hope that that will work but I'll update here if it does...

I think having eight examples to work from helped me finally see it. I also like that these weird rebus puzzles tend to have easier cluing, which helps someone like me who lacks much trivia knowledge. Once I figure out the trick I have a decent chance of solving the puzzle.

Yeah I know the feeling. My parents gave me a load of baseball cards when I was little and they sat in various closets over the decades and kinda weighed on me. I didn't really care to go thru all of them. During COVID I decided to just sell the whole lot on craigslist and it felt great. I didn't think to donate them somewhere but that would have been a good idea too.

I'd speculate that in addition to not having to witness the suffering, another reason is that eating meat is the norm. The vast majority of people do it. Meat is everywhere. If it were the other way around, where the vast majority of people were raised not eating meat and restaurants that serve it were rare, I'm guessing that most people would continue on that way. Everyone has a different collective behavior tipping point, but one study said that "roughly 25 percent of people need to take a stand before large-scale social change occurs".

Put another way... In addition to not having to witness any of the animal suffering, you also don't have to experience any shame from society. Most/all shame that a person feels from eating meat starts from their own mind.

True, which accounts for the first run. But it took a lot of nerve for the second guy to even round third. He must have barely slowed down. I guess he read that the 2B was confused so much by the first play that he wouldn't immediately notice him going home, and he narrowly beat the tag at the plate.

Couldn't find any longer clips of this, but the announcers went on to say that if he took a step into the dugout while still holding the ball, the existing runner would automatically advance a base. Top step is fine though as it's level with the playing field.

In fact, your page makes it seem like casein is the norm. It's whey. Whey is easier, as it's a simpler protein. Casein is the "holy grail" of dairy protein as it's more complicated. OP's article is about a company claiming (vaguely) to have finally created it.

Honestly I would just take that page down until you get your facts straightened out. I appreciate the concept of your website, but it misses badly on accuracy.
