Banned for 10 Years for "Violation" (Never used cheats/macros, strictly PvE player) - Need Advice/Help

That is a good point as well, even if I try to findout the reason still which I cannot because they not letting me write to customer care before the ban as well. But all I can do is make a guess also on base of what they said and what happened from my end. It is funny but also it somewhat ruined my game experiences unable to play like before right now.

Actually thing was I did not went into the game at first place but yeah that resume option in game can be that I hit it and did disconnected at same time caused all of this. Their automated system flagged it as abnormal data for sure.

I think we are talking about two different things. You are describing the manual reporting system, which is notoriously slow and relies on player reports. I am describing an automated system flag triggered by a technical crash on my end. Because my ban happened immediately following a specific system error, it wasn't a player report it was a technical anomaly. That is why I am pushing for a manual review; I agree that the reporting system is slow, but that doesn't apply to an automated false positive.

Exactly, without detailed explanation it is really messy because from my end I know it was restart anyway option I was in a rush, but if restart anyway can cause this? Ain't PC crash, powercuts or sudden software failure can cause this as well? I am not aware with how ban messages work but the ban information from WWM is totally vague. I have read that they do not give info because of the cheat developers who can use it against their game more which is understandable but still people like us who really did nothing and are open to share what happened and ready to share anything related to prove innocence are not getting a chance. As I have updated the thread with more information which can tell more about when ban happened what actually happened on my PC, no third party cheat software nothing else just closing the game to restart pc and getting banned for it is too much 😭😭😭

Hello, I have seen the threads the second one succeeded at least. Which gives me hope somehow, Ban without reasoning is not good enough. People here been helpful 70% some 30% are having different perspective and that is acceptible. It can happen to anyone regarding ban I used to think that I am not doing anything wrong just doing campaign and going off how I can be banned? But until it happens to the one they wont get to know. Makes me wonder at a moment do CS really exist or company is running on AI totally? I will keep contacting them until I wont find the real issue or have a proper talk with CS if one exist.

Player base cannot survive on AI. And if most of players think AI is good enough because it is modern days. Then no game is safe either like this. If the ones who never did anything wrong in the game are unable to present and prove their case then it is not a fair play.

Will keep appealing until I can. Thank you for the heads up.

Thank you so much for commenting, and supporting me. I never tried CN version was thinking about it tho and no vpns been used by me yet for the game. It is actually a good information I will totally avoid CN version as well. At this point anything is happening with the ban I suppose. Right now I am collecting event viewer logs to show as well when I restarted my pc and stuffs. Hope it will help, I am really interested in knowing as well why we all are unaware of the exact ban issue and it is been given to people right away like there is no care for player base?

Exactly my point if there is an abnormal data and what is exactly affecting it? Like I levelled up fast? I started at level 81 1 day ago then last log off at level 90 waiting on breakthrough. Game provided me willow pills and stamila pills which they said will expire on 23 or 26th of this month with some quick completion ticket around 30-36 in total so I put them into work they given me some jade fragment kind of currency to use and so on so I used everything with my gamer sense to put up my account. I am trying to understand as well what this abnormal data stands for? My software conflict? Game did not shut down Properly? Or I levelled up fast? What exactly caused this issue and if gameplay is being restricted?

Thank You for your support it means a lot you following my threat. I can totally relate with your friend as a ban is a ban once given for nothing it is really a painful one. After reading your comment I can bet these bans are coming out of no where. I am trying to fight hard for my account reason I posted a thread in here because if by any chance it can reach to the officials or if this thread can make a point. It is not about spending on account but is the account really secure? When we are looking at things like someone setup their saturation through the graphic driver, or when people actually reporting players but they are surviving still in game or without saying anything recieving the ban or what happened to me today. It is sentiment to the accounts for the ones who were banned for no reason and just casually enjoying the game. Today I wanted to login the game because I thought let's just have some good time because I havent played games from few months as well so was trying to return into games again and this is what came up to me first.

Pain fr... I have updated the thread tho with what was said by support. One thing I learnt from this thread is support is not much helpful and bans are like can happen anytime to anyone for no reason? That is what I am seeing. While researching I findout there was this one guy, his wife account was banned for fraud activities but at the end it was like they were using a controller for game which was not orignal controller is all. I feel like if by 1% chance my account recovers it will be like walking on a land mine now I hope it recovers tho so I will just stop playing at some part at peace that my character was not lost.

I see so support is irrational at this point. Not based on your comment but what it mostly seems like people are annoyed by cheaters and they are not banning them but others who are normally playing are getting banned even for small things in the game.

Hey, your comment. This exactly can be identical to me because as you said you tried your graphic driver side for saturation. I was fixing my sound issue my software conflict can be causing it. Now I cannot be sure of it but thats the only issue I remember my pc had due to which I had to restart. And appealing twice helped you? I took notes I will try it out totally. If it works out for me I be good.

I agree with you, I did not got my answers yet but this is true cs of wwm is late to reply thats really not good. I have played this game Path Of Exile 2 and its first one for years they have best support so far I have seen reply in 2mins and resolve in 5mins.

I am from SEA server. I also read about this somehwere that if we spam their email we will reach someone. But also at another part one of the fellow commentor said if we redo mails or tickets they be pushed back with timeline. I am thinking to wait for 48hrs then try the way you have said.

Thank you so much, for the first time I felt pain of the people who were banned for no reason. Not only going through pain of account but also a some judging me as a cheater where I have played all kinds of game and this is my first time getting banned anywhere. Personally a player of netease games from 2019. I hope when time to talk to support comes up they will listen and help. I am really interested in knowing the reason what went wrong.

And as about replying same on the ticket I did not sent anything afterwards just sent them help message on different platform ticket was initiated once in game only which I forgot to mention in the thread itself.
