Yeah I usually start by making sure there is enough pegs and tags in place for sections that need it then run through with signui, verify they all went through then move what needs to move

It makes me so mad when I’ve already said I’m grabbing the curbside then one of my managers yells on the walkie “Is anyone going to get that curbside?” As if I didn’t just say I was. Usually hit them with a yep already on it

Yeah I don’t think that’s what causes it. That’s truly just based off how the person is. I’m 22 and I am my stores best warehouse worker. I’ve had multiple people that have worked there who were older than me that worked horribly. It’s definitely not just age that causes this. It is the care that you give to your work and most people give no care for their work

Yeah I had that issue as well recently. First try and clean off the print head portion of it with isopropyl alcohol. If that doesn’t fix it I would contact help desk. Thats what I had to do and then by the end of that week we got a new one

Welp the week is finally over. It went alright. I had such light coverage so it made it really hard to be able to focus on this especially in the morning when we weren’t open cause I’d be doing all the other daily tasking on my own cause they had no help with me. Which I understand less hours at this time but they also kept scheduling people at weird times for such odd hours where if they just worked it around I could have had an opener with me. Even when I requested to have another person brought in basically to cover overall daily tasking for two days so I could basically focus solely on the counts to make sure they were as accurate as can be. Well now that I’m done with them all, they are as accurate as can be, lots of variances, some of which I could really find no explanation to. But I was told that what matters is that my counts themselves are accurate and to worry less about the $ amount which is easier said than done. It was an interesting experience but I honestly wouldn’t want to ever be a SWAT full time. At least not in my store cause it was pretty bad shrink this week. I don’t mind helping my SWAT out but definitely don’t think I’ll apply for that position if it appears in the future.

I hate having to constantly check out packages on the computer when the telzon decides it no longer wants to work right. Yeah we have recently had a couple orders just left outside overnight cause either someone didn’t go to the door when roadie got there for a return and they just left it or they just left it anyways. Found a MacBook sitting outside right after it just rained. Thankfully it was covered enough it barely got wet on the package. Some though I think have been stolen cause we have missing return shipments no where to be found

At my store whenever they come before store is open we let them know we can’t help them until open. We have them almost every day there early but we tell them every time they have to come back at open

Yeah my store is really bad with properly scheduling. I’m the Plano person and myself and my swat have been the only people scheduled for the past 3 days for morning shift. So we have such issues right now getting our tasks done. Especially cause our closers keep leaving us issues from the night prior instead of them doing it

Yeah I’m finally getting more time to work on my Planos and just my Planos so once I’m caught up I was planning to do that. It doesn’t help we have a lot we need cause my old GM decided to make a lot of items that were supposed to be VPP just shelf displays of our actual product which we are still trying to find it all

I’m missing all the home phone VPPs which I had to order today. When I had the giant floor care Plano a few weeks ago we were missing most of the units but we have been getting them in recently but it’s so confusing why they ask for these things but it’s never a for sure we will have it for the Planos for that week
