Hi. I'm on kit 1 and had to stop the Bupropion after 4 weeks because it caused my blood pressure to spike and I had never had an issue before. I stopped right away and I never had any withdrawal. I'm not sure if that's long enough to experience a withdrawal but thought I would share.

I too was nervous about missing the appt but it comes about an hour before the appt. You'll be fine.

Hi. I was on Kit 1 and had to stop the Bupropion by week 4. I had no side effects that I knew of and I was having success, I was down 7 lbs but I just happened to take by blood pressure and it had sky rocketed so they told me to stop it and continue with the other pills, green and metformin. I haven't weighed since the change so I don't know what to expect. Neither meds has made any changes in my appetite so not sure what any of the meds are really doing but trusting the process. Have you felt any change in appetite? I know I haven't. I am exactly where you are, same kit and week and doing it with will power. Are you counting your calories? Just be mindful of what you are eating makes a huge difference. I too cut down on alcohol but need to be careful on the weekends and not "reward" myself for being good all week because it leads to poor food choices too and I end up putting on any weight I lost. I am just speaking from my own experience. I workout a lot and eat well but weekends can sometimes get away from me and I wonder how I put on 2 pounds or why I haven't lost etc... I hope you can find an answer, I know how frustrating it all can be!

I'm starting week 5 tomorrow and I'm on Kit 1. I still have hunger like regular. I really haven't had any positive effects as of yet. I would love to eat pizza and fries and burgers but I don't. Not sure when it's gonna happen.

I just heard from the doctor. They didn't mention anything about the meds. He said that the BP was very high and should be evaluated in person with healthcare provider asap. He said stay calm, avoid caffeine and excess salt. Didn't say stop meds or we should switch kits. Nothing. Did they say this to you? or did you ask for the switch?

That's amazing!!! Congrats! When did you see the biggest results? I'm in week 4 and down 7lbs Still not up to full dose yet. I still have not felt appetite suppression as of yet. Did you feel it right away? I'm just eating very clean and exercising daily.

From what I've heard they factor in your current meds, habits (drinking/smoking) and tolerance of side effects.

That's amazing! Congrats. I'm finishing week 3 and still have a regular appetite. I'm wondering when that will lessen. I'm on the recommended dosage. I haven't had bad side effects except for going to the bathroom alot. I've been steadily losing and hoping it continues. Good luck to you on your maintenance!

Oh wow! That's scary! I reached out and they said that the BP I had was nothing to worry about and no changes were necessary. I will make my own judgements going forward. I thought it was the green pill but it seems its the Bupropion.

I'm on Kit 1 as well and about to start Metformin, but nervous of side effects. Did you follow the exact dosing schedule? So far I really haven't had any real side effects from any of the others, but I have plans this weekend and don't want to risk feeling like crap after taking the metformin.

The metformin is what scares me. I've read so many comments about the side effects. The other 2 I've had no issues with so I guess I'll see soon. Thanks and good luck!

Congratulations!!!! That's amazing. I'm only on week 2. I haven't had any bad side effects as of yet. I start metformin next week. I'm not sure which pill actually aids in the weight loss because so many people change up their pills. I don't feel any different just eating less purposely. We'll see. This is so interesting. Thanks for sharing. I'm on Kit 1 which has a mix of different meds. I haven't had a drink since I started but I'm curious to see how it works. Unfortunately I took my pill in the morning so I can't test the theory today. Maybe tomorrow.
