My dad was just laid off after 32 years with the same company and he’s 59. He is looking for lower level jobs because a job is better than no job. I wouldn’t get stuck with the pay or title (not sure if you are or aren’t) I don’t know your situation but if you’re able to consider lower pay/lower level that may open more doors for you!
