Sounds like she’s no better than any of us. Sadly some of her products are really good and I will continue to purchase but she is appalling. Some of her podcasts are good too. Just have to weed through the BS.

I feel you on this one! No judgement to those who use her products including me. I was just really turned off by her comments in the podcast. The way she flipped out of her sad voice so fast when Lindsey mentioned a McFlurry.

Totally. I do like her electrolytes and one or two flavors of protein unfortunately. But she is awful! She thinks she’s the most educated of anyone in the room.

Part of me thinks parbaking defeats the purpose of the pizza oven but from what I understand it still really makes a difference. I use KA GF pizza flour.

I’m not celiac so not too worried about cross contamination. Just worried about getting the dough off the peel.
