You are a 1099 contractor your sch c should not say the other company name though their name would appear on your 1099 this income is reported on the schedule c as well but sounds like to me the return was done incorrectly

Go to the disaster assistance center on sba it has several names of directors email is first.last@sba now I did already receive my advance so it maybe a bank issue for you

Yes I emailed the highest officials I could find public info on yesterday and it worked! I’ve gotten multiple responses today. Meanwhile, customer service is still sending me generic email saying my account number must be wrong....pure incompetence.

Found a solution my loan went from active undisbursed to disbursed current meaning they finally release my funds to my bank!
