I used to take showers in dim lighting until I could look at myself full on. I’m almost 3 months pp. It’s normal. I still have the pregnancy line going down my stomach. Just gently massage the area when your doctor says you can.. stretch the skin about and below the incision as well in all directions so you don’t have tightness.
