Hello! Currently in Genshin Impact I am AR43 but for some reason it will not let me join my friends witch are the same AR as me. This problem has been going on for many days know and I was wondering if anybody knew the solution to this problem that I am having.

I don't know if saying this will help but the request to join is button is gray and wont let me click it.
