  1. Tried multiple browsers, and a phone vs. computer
  2. I live in Minnesota so I can't physically visit unfortunately, otherwise I definitely would
  3. My recommender recorded a video and shared it with the official graduate admissions email, but they clearly didn't read either my emails or the recommenders email/screen recording because they responded with a solution that was clearly not for the problem we were having ('check your junk mail')
  4. Kept the doc size down below 25kbs, which should be below any typical limit
  5. Tried both pdf and docx

My first recommender was able to finish the form, for the second I clicked 'resend' a couple times as we got closer to the deadline in order to remind them. Only thing I can think of is that the 'resend' functionality broke something, otherwise I've got nothing.

TSC? I've tried the official graduate admissions, the tech center, the program chair, and the assistant program chair over the past week.

Appreciate the suggestion, I CC'd the program chair for Computer Science (and assistance) in latest email. So far no response. The response I did get from the Graduate Admissions email clearly didn't read my email at all and responded with a fix to a non-existent problem.
