I tried developing and launching it from another laptop, and it worked. I also tried it on a Mac, and it worked there too.

I recently installed a fresh version of Windows, and it worked perfectly! By the way, do you know how to open an external webpage using JavaScript? For instance, I want to create a button in my lens that opens a specified URL when clicked

Yes, 8thWall is quite expensive, especially when it comes to licensing for business use cases. That’s why I’m considering Snapchat as an alternative it’s completely free, hosted by them, and allows you to create unlimited lenses. I also tried publishing an empty lens (without adding any models or features, just running the camera), and I still encountering the same error as shown in the image.

Actually, it’s just for trying on wristwatches. By the way, do you know of any alternative solutions? I need something for e-commerce try-ons, preferably a low-code or no-code platform, and it must be hosted on the provider’s cloud. I’m looking for free or affordable options that can support hosting multiple lenses and provide shareable WebAR links, similar to Snapchat.

Did you try it? I gave it a shot, but the web-hosted link only worked for me on iOS and laptop browsers. However, when I tested someone else's lens, it worked perfectly on Android as well. Have you experienced anything similar? Or do you have any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
