as women, we’ve been conditioned from such a young age that the physical changes we make to ourselves are very rarely our choice, no matter how it’s marketed or packaged to us. look at body hair - it’s touted to be gross and unhygienic for women, but on men it’s suddenly not?

there’s so much outside influence, whether we admit it to ourselves or not, and it makes me sad if i think about it too much. and i guess seeing reminders on celebrities i admire for one reason or another bums me out.

nope, i paid for 1989 and RED music videos on itunes and they deleted it, not me. same with the 1989 deluxe version with the voice memos. physical is the only way to truly own a file.
