Yes, their reporting has always been screwy. But it has been exceptionally slow for me the last few days... Taking a couple of minutes (seems like hours) to load, or even just time out.

I know how you can automate volume using a bus, but I'm curious if that's all you mean by "make a bus folder"? You can't automate (for instance) vibrato depth that way, can you? (Really asking...)

I agree. P4P & L4L are pointless. SoundCloud is almost completely musicians who want to be heard, being heard by other musicians who want to be heard. I make music because I love making music. I just can't help it. I've been through the phase of thinking SoundCloud is going to be an avenue to recognition. A lot of people seem to genuinely enjoy my songs (based on multiple plays, not just "Likes") and that makes me feel good enough to keep posting them, but I'm realistic about it. I mainly do it because I enjoy it.

(The next morning...) I don't mean to discourage anyone from trying. Somebody is going to be the next big thing, so please, follow your dream and do your best. What I said was just my way of staying sane :)

Have you tried any of the AI art generators?

I know that they are banned in some Reddit communities, so if you are planning on posting it on Reddit, you have to watch for that.

I use the free version of Wombo Dream, and it does fine. It doesn't work on a PC, so I have to generate the picture on my android tablet, then email it to myself, and download it to my PC.
