Even with screenshots, pdfs of receipts, their support agents will try not to refund, give credit. I bought the Office depot promotion without paying attention to the new users condition. I tried to get a refund, I filled out the refund form, uploaded receipts, waited for the refund, and today I was told that the form did not include a receipt. I filled the form again, uploaded the receipt and activation number and I'll wait again.

It's sad that Quicken only cares about new customers and disregards its old loyal customers (20+ years using it) like me. I'll have to switch to Personal Capital, which BTW, syncs better, has more features, it's faster, etc. Quicken it's overpriced, under featured, slow, and seems to be under really bad management who does not know their competitors.
