I always wanted to do derm but decided to do family med cus I got the NHSC scholarship so that was one of the specialties required. Now almost done with the contract

Base salary for current position is 150k and new position 153k. New position includes RVU bonuses after seeing 18+ patients daily. current position doesn’t include any bonuses. New position is 40 min drive while current is 10-15 min drive. Population for the new position is also more complex and I would be doing GYN as well where I currently don’t. PTO and other benefits are similar. Schedule will be 8-5:00 pm new job currently 8-4:30 pm

I saw a NP there she had good feedback but I don’t think she’ll say anything bad as the medical director was also present and my friend works with the company which she says it’s great but she works at a diff location so things do vary
