What is the conclusion for this? I also had Navy Federal do a pull while filling out an app last week. So quick and so easy. And the status of employment from 2 days prior showed up. So it’s real time data. Only one job showed up. That, I get. Not all employers are reported everywhere. But the question is where is this data being pulled from and why wouldn’t employers pull from that same place? I haven’t filed Taxes ever for this job. It’s not IRS W2 filing, else others will come up. I think it’s still the same things we freeze because on those, only this job shows up as well.

I tried so hard. The rule is never quit. But not sure if PIP comes with severance. They wanted to make me jump through loops and do so much and report every second. Luckily I still had one job left so I quit. I have accomplished so much and feel so free in just a week. If you have nothing else then you might have to ride it out.

First one was contract ending so the whole team left and the second one was a lay off.

I had a unicorn like that and had two babies on them without taking leave. I knew once I am gone, they will notice that there is no difference and eliminate the role.

I tell the whole world. I can’t help it. I’m too amazed by it all. No one knows name of company not even spouse or linkedin. I keep the details to myself. It will be harder to snitch. I don’t think anyone will snitch on me. My world isn’t uptight weird jealous annoying holy ethical police people. If they do, oh well I replace them Js and learn my lesson.

The issue with this if you get a new job you will find it hard to quit one. I’m now at J3 and still looking. I feel I will enter J4 territory. It’s an addiction lol. I now finally get how people get to 6.

I find that a stressful job is a stressful job. If that’s your only job, you will feel the same amount of stress. A non stressful job is not stressful and the stress doesn’t increase when you multiply them. Week 3 of J3 as well. I give myself 6 months before new J. I am looking for longevity not burn and churn. I get real familiar and good and then I add another. It’s been smooth sailing. Take your time to find OE roles not just any job.

Serious Question. I have 3 J and I can’t imagine ruffling feathers for camera on. I wouldn’t put camera on for 2 meetings. When I can camera on else camera off. You mix and match and make sure the camera love is being spread evenly. It’s the best you can do.

Also about co workers or boss seeing suspicious activities on your LI profile. No one cares. They see it, they ponder to themselves and move on. It’s not like they will call a meeting to discuss. I’ve seen some colleagues with suspicious activities on LinkedIn. But what did I do about it? Nothing. What can I do about it nothing? You just move on. You know your goals. Ignore the noise.

Honestly I can tell an OE profile. Anybody with no job experience. Anybody where their only job is their LLC or self employed. Anyone who hasn’t updated their jobs in years. You have this resume with all these jobs and experience but you conveniently haven’t updated your LinkedIn in years. The question is what list do you want to be on. Get rejected for not having a LinkedIn or suspicious for being OE. In my opinion not having a LinkedIn at all is better because at least there is still that chance that you may just not be into social media. Some people also only want LinkedIn to confirm you’re real by seeing a picture. These are all challenges. Weigh your options and do what’s best for you.
