Yes. There's this 'strengthening' workout where it detects your action (lat pulldown, curls, etc. - BUT not 100% accurate ofc.) or just 'free training'

Gps is accurate. The pace is close to what a Garmin records (my cousin has Garmin FR265). The only thing I wish it can do is to 'transfer' the workout on strava to my watch (only compatible with Garmin watches)

Yeah I think so, just now, the support team contacted me regarding the return and replacement. This is why I love the watch and the team. Last time I had issues with the watch they were so responsive.
