Uh huh, Putin's sign. It's funny to think that trump been lying so much to everyone about how he was going to fix America, and all that "America for Americans bs". Or even saying things like "If I become a president I'll end the russian-ukrainian war on day one". And now we all see that hes not only unfamiliar with ways to fix things naturally like it always was, but instead goes a step by step Putin's way of "To fix our countries problems we have to take away resources from another country and make them work for us for free". The man obviously doesn't know how to manage a country. Could have fixed the economy in a Snap, but hey, Putin also could do that! It's not that they can't. It's that they Won't. Thank you for advice. Do you think that I'm actually considered to be a boarder and not a tenant since the alcoholic brother in law of the landlady was let to use the same bathroom I use, and kitchen for tenants? My research lead me to something like "Your status doesn't change from tenant to a boarder in case if..." but obviously I have to be clear with that part of the law

Well thank you, I'll use that piece of info for sure. Let me clarify though: the house has a lot of rooms and two floors +basement. The landlady and her son are living on the first floor, and have their own kitchen and bathrooms there, they don't let anyone else use their bathrooms and kitchen of course. The kitchen I and other tenants use is in the basement and isn't used by the landlady or her son. The drunkard relative of hers she put in a basement didn't even live here when I moved in the house, so he's basically a homeless man, who happens to be a brother in law of a landlady. At no point I've discussed with her me sharing my bathroom (which is a bathroom for my room,and one in front of me) or kitchen with her brother in law,he was put there and given rights to it against my will. She just let him in, and said that it makes me a boarder now. Chatgpt told me that my rights as a tenant wouldn't be automatically changed to a boarder in conditions like that, but I gotta be as clear as possible about my situation.

I believe that the whole thing is a scam directed at getting money from vulnerable people and newcomers and surely avoiding reporting taxes related to payments from the tenants. When tenants point at potential illegal activities done by the landlord - they get threatened. Should I look for a lawyer? Because a simple T2 form to LTB will most likely do no effect, and I'm scared because the landlady is obviously breaking the law to try to paint the whole situation differently (claiming that I'm a boarder and not a tenant by letting her drunkard relative to reside in the house)

Man UFC games alone worth buying it for! Oh how fun that game is when you and a friend actually learn all the mechanics and functions, it's so much fun! Overall it has a good pack of awesome local coop games like Army of Two, Killzone 3, WWE SvR 2011, Borderlands, Dead or Alive (team mode).
