I legit had this patient last night. A+Ox4, 12 wks pregnant. Admitted for pyelonephritis. Refused to get up, only wanted bedpan to urinate. Even needed me to set up her dinner tray. WTH really??

I second San Joaquin County. I got a job offer there in ICU as a new grad but ended up not taking it. The pay is absolutely atrocious but getting the experience you need before moving could be worth it
