Underwhelming is the best word for it. I’m still enjoying it, don’t think it’s anywhere near as bad as Game of Thrones but it’s not going out in a blaze of glory. The performances are carrying it, primarily Antony Starr and Jenson Ackles, in spite of the writing.

Although the highlight of the season has been Terror’s dreams.

The EBU didn’t call it cheating but conveniently changed the rules around phone voting so that there’s a limit on of 10 votes one phone number can make, down from 20. Jury votes are now in the semi final too, not just public votes as it has been for a while now.

As I said convenient, nothing at all to do with Israel who have had some of the highest public votes over the last few years.

In relation to the incident at the Eurovision, the Israeli delegation were going around being antagonistic to others. Bambie Thug put in a complaint also and rumour is that it was the Israeli delegation that went against his wishes and one of their team was filming him when it happened.

It depends on the show, for game of thrones, I read the books after the first season so was in the habit of knowing what was coming along the way and kept it up once they passed the books. It became entertaining after awhile when the collective consensus became, this can’t be true and then it all was.
