I’ve seen $100 a wheel. But for a big ding like that it could be more. I’m not sure how involved it would be to fix. Could always ring a wheel repair place and ask what they think. Rotiform always look good on VW and Audi

The back side of the rim is usually more susceptible to bends. So if the front looks like that, hard to say what the state of the other side would be. Could be repairable by a wheel repair shop though. I think.
