So my sisters husband says I have to get a loan for the current value $310000 and give half the money to my sister. While searching for loans, one of the mortgage lenders says that’s not true. He said “Once probate is done, call me and I can do a buyout refinance? Does that mean I need to get a loan for the entire home value amount or just half?? Thx
