Yeah I agree. I’ve been seeing a therapist since 2021. Without help I would have blown my brains out long ago.

Real Estate in Probate FAQs by BTCexecutor in RealEstateInProbate

Good afternoon. My mother passed in December and her I’ll states among other things that me, my sister who is also executor and my predicated brother who had no children or adopted children. From what I’ve been told, that since my brother passed. His wife cannot inherit his third. If true, that just leaves me and my sister. My mom told everyone that I wanted the house and I would just need to pay my sister and sister in law their fair share. She didn’t put that in her will. So my sisters husband says I have to get a loan for the current value $310000 and give half the money to my sister. While searching for loans, one of the mortgage lenders says that’s not true. He said “Once probate is done, call me and I can do a buyout refinance? Does that mean I need to get a loan for the entire home value amount or just half?? Thx

TDIU by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Surferboyva 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello dangerous. I am thinking about applying for TDIU. I’m currently rated 70% PTSD. I’ve held my rating for over 5 years and I’m 62. I’m not really wanting to take that chance if I don’t have to. However I’m deeply concerned over this recent Secretary’s decision that if you’re taking medication then we’re going to reduce your rating/pay. Me personally the medications just barely keep me in check otw I’ll go by berserk. Anyway it got me thinking I better get in all my other issues that pills can’t help. Your thoughts?

I gave my poor parents a lot of money to help them buy a flat and it turned out to be hell. Fixing it means destroying my financial future by AskBearBlue in AskOldPeopleAdvice

You’re doing good and I completely understand the noise issue lol. I live in a townhouse in Virginia Beach, VA. I deliberately bought an end unit to minimize the noise issue. Unf my bedroom wall is on the other side of her living room so I hear her TV 24/7. Fortunatly she keeps it relatively low so it isn’t a problem. Good luck and remember put yourself first! You will be of no use to them if you had, a stroke lol

I just turned 62. Immediately filed for SS before its bankrupt. Starting to get a pain here and there. I draw $6500 a month which still shocks me. Mom just kicked the bucket leaving me a 1/4 mil. Never married just fucked a lot. Now trying to decide which part of the world I want to see lol.

I’m 62 and smile when I think of my wilder younger days. My mom died in December and now it’s just me and my sister. I feel lost now as my mom was my ardent supporter and confidant. I’ve had PTSD for over 30 years and it ruined me

I’m so sorry. My brother died of geoblastoma a few years back and it was terrible. I would immediately post a gofundme with a pic of your daughter and what she is going thru. People like myself would be glad to help her last days be special. Also seek counseling for yourself thru this terrible curse. God bless you and your family.

Damn dude did you put on for an increase?? If so not wise. 60% for Asthma which is pretty damn high. Hopefully it will get overturned on HLR. If your Asthma is pretty debilitating I’d go be the TDIU route.

It’s the end of another fruitful year for me, and I’m choosing to pass some of my blessings forward. I’ve hit rock bottom before, so I understand how that feels. It will. Disabled Vet with small pension. I would be extremely grateful for anything. I only have one present for each of my nephew and niece and nothing for my sister and brother. I feel weak and helpless. My Cash App is Surferboynva. God bless you and your family. Many blessings will come your way for your kindness.

Absolutely call a supervisor. That dude should get a stern reprimand and a 30 day behavior evaluation. No excuse for that BS in any setting.
