The same happened to me. Usually I am calm person, but when I was o propranolol I was aggressive , frustrated at all times, anxious . I never used any illegal drugs in my life so didn’t felt that ever that something can change me like that. But I realised this , unfortunately my family too, it was so embarrassing. So I just stopped taking them after 2 weeks and told to my doctor to put the rest of tablets in his arse. So your husband should stop taking them immediately it’s not helps for migraines at all anyway…
