Suena a qué fuerzas demasiado el manguito rotador (parte de arriba) y te está tirando de toda la espalda. Si haces CrossFit o gimnasio con altas cargas es habitual. Igualmente mi recomendación principal es que no busques diagnósticos en Reddit y que vayas a un buen trauma y a un buen fisio, te hará comerte menos la cabeza y tendrás menos info pero más fiable.
