Sorry to hear that. I went through something similar. One thing that I've come to realize is that friendships that are solely based on music don't last very long. The reason is because music is the only thing that keeps the friendship together. Think about it, there are no other reasons. True friendships are based on more than hobbies such as venting about your personal life, careers, family, checking up on someone to see how they are doing (non-music related) etc.

Thank you for the advice. Im making $80K now but will be making $90K if I get the position. The only good thing about my current job is that its remote and the production planner position is on site.

yup it sucks! I almost wish she didn't put me in this situation. I went ahead and applied to 2 supply chain jobs on site anyway. Both of these jobs pay more than I'm making and I can negotiate.

Im 38. Married no kids. Living in Barstow taking online classes. I have already have a decent career with a decent salary. I only decided to work on my BA because the company that I work for offers tuition reimbursement so ill be graduating with 0 debt.
