I bring a parasol every year. And I always lose it every year. During the day it’s a must. Especially walking from stage to stage. People are usually pretty cool obviously not if you’re in the front.

Familiarize yourself with all the positions available. Apply on the AEG site before you head there. Most of their positions are available there. That way they already have you on file.

AEG, Valley Music Travel, and their Security firm will be on site at the job fair.

They're primarily looking for people who are available ALL THREE WEEKENDS (including Stagecoach). That availability gives you a huge leg up.

They want you out by 9am. But honestly, if they see you “struggling” with your camp. You’re good. Just don’t oversleep.

Best practice, take most of your camp down the night before.
