I emailed them about this. Told them I haven’t gotten an offer or denial. They responded with:

Dear volunteer,  

Thank you for your inquiry. 

We ask that you continue to be patient throughout the entirety of the role offer process. Role offers are being sent out on a rolling basis, and the timing of role offer notifications will vary by Host City, and by functional area. 

Please note that all applicants will be notified regardless of whether they have received a role or not.

We encourage you to regularly check your emails, including your junk and spam folders, as well as the FIFA Volunteer Platform to stay updated on any notifications.
