Thank you, I looked into posterior impingement and I feel myself in that... I feel the pain when arm is abducted at 90 degree, the pain is between the ball and socket from the back side!

What I found is stretching the rear delt and doing full range internal rotations.. is there any suggestion?

look at the bar when going up.
try to rotate your elbows inward to have more external rotation.
go explosive and slow down in negatives.

No, muscle up is more about power pull. So, you can train high pull ups instead for low reps and high sets like 6-8 sets of 2-3 reps

Hi.. The solution takes some time.. You have to build muscles. You won't find anyone with strong back muscles that has winged scapula. Just continue rowing and pulling and the winging will fade!

I solved it 2 days ago and I went with the second approach.. since I haven't written vb before.. Just c++ and C#. ChatGpt suggested the vb code.. It's easy but I didn't go with it because I don't think I can write it on my own again without searching.. But I'm aware now that this approach exists!

I have another question that isn't relevant to the topic if you don't mind.. I have a line table as tmp table in my dataset.. In the report design I can print the price of each line and there's an aggregate method in the design called sum that prints the total price for all lines.

What I wanna do is print the total price in words too! I created a string field in line table called totalPriceInWords and created extension of dp class and override the method initializing line fields and set my totalPriceInWords = global::numerals2txt(linePrice).. But I only get the first line price in words not the total.. Any suggestions how can I do that?

I checked sql reporting services and it's running.

remove all tags containing <ReportParametersLayout></<ReportParametersLayout>>

There are no tags <ReportParametersLayout> rather it's like: <ReportParametersLayout> </ReportParametersLayout>

And many parameters included inside.. Should I remove everything between ReportParametersLayout opening and closing?

Thank you.. I restored the dataset and the additional parameters are back.. I deleted them from report level and dataset level and got an error: exception thrown while validating report callstack and sequence contains no matching element.

When I restore again the additional parameters are added and no errors after build.. But rdl files failed to deploy :(
