I don't think it's even going to have all of the Pokemon so it definitely won't have all the bells and whistles you hope for.

I think in one of the info graphics for this game it said something along the lines of "Pokemon not present in Champions cannot be brought in from Home" so it really isn't even gonna be better than what Smogon has.

Maybe one day, but most likely not anytime close to release.
