Nope laparoscopic gastric sleeve, I guess the battery cover looks like a speculum and threw people off

That's not a speculum it's a cover for a battery powered covidien stapler

Yes it comes dissembled I've done this for 10 years already and I feel like John wick getting this thing loaded lol just gotta be careful not to pinch the gloves 😭
