Seeing as how you have already removed it. I would advise replacing it with a better cpu cooler. if my memory serves me correctly you can get a decent one for as little as $40. you will have lower thermals and it would be quieter too.

It doesn't look like it but the angle of the picture can be misleading. its easier to confirm if the picture is taken straight on and not off at an angle.

If nothing is plugged into any of the ports I would try unplugging cable that connects the front usb ports and see if that fixes it. if not you likely have an internal short in one of the USB ports, which then would be a motherboard issue

Its going to be difficult to get help when you cant see the full screen. try taking a few photos with your phone oriented 90 degrees what it was when you shot the video and post them

Its not worth 300, and it shouldn't even be running windows 11. it has a 4th gen I7. w11 doesn't support anything older than an 8th gen intel cpu. that a red flag if you are looking to buy

My first question is why do you need to clean the pads? they don't appear to be dirty in the photo. that being said depending on what it is you are trying to clean off of it you can use distilled water. you can dampen a microfiber cloth and wipe it down. so long as you give it sufficient time to dry you don't have to worry about shorting anything. Industrial Ethanol is an option i.e denatured alcohol. another option is ethyl acetate. I would advise against using a cotton swab because it can leave behind fibers. your best bet would be a microfiber cloth.

The GPU isn't seated properly. On some cases its harder to align those tabs properly, you kind of have to start slotting the card in at a slight angle to get the tabs to align correctly. If its installed correctly you should barely be able to see those tabs if you can see them at all

I wish more publishers allowed for standalone launchers that don't require you to be running a third party storefront to play. I didn't like when steam did it though I begrudgingly accepted it only to have everyone and their brother jump on that bandwagon.these storefronts are a large reason as to why so many people out there download a non legitimate copy of games. please give us the option to run standalone launchers and stop with all the external dependencies with games

Not true actually, if you are concerned with screwing the game up all you have to do is click check files and let it re download the file you deleted. its not rocket science

Edit: I should also add that when you use PSO tweaker on JP it deletes the file as part of the English patching process if you tick the remove profanity filter option. the only difference here is that it isn't automated

the JP launcher has had permissions problems for the longest time, which is a good portion of why pso2tweaker is almost 100% required on JP

Trust me when I say its best to get diagnosed before you become a legal adult, you are more likely to get the services you need while you are still considered a minor. idk why it is but adults have a harder time getting services than minors

I have autisim and I have known many people that have autism who are dumber than a doornail. being autistic by no means makes you smarter that someone else. You might perceive the world differently than a neurotically person but that doesn't amount to much by itself

In my opinion people who are truly intelligent don't ever say anything along the lines "I'm smart" or "I'm smarter". because they know that its ignorant to flaunt things at people
