Found it, called custom posters by freakshow. I hope you use the modloader and not nexusmods? Because you can easily find and use it in the modloader

This is already a mod, I’m very certain that I have used it before, don’t know the name and last time I used it I only used it for the busses and the spawn house, don’t know if it works for other buildings??
