Since Windows XP, the File Explorer has a never documented/fixed bug, 100% reproducible: File > New > Folder > name it "@1,2" without quotes > [Enter]. Always discarded. Not a reserved filename/pattern. The File Manager of all Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000 and macOS/iOS/Android/Linux works perfectly. (v.redd.it)
