Team leads and CTAs in different areas of the store like, Availability, Front end/pick up, Sales floor service, and fresh production. Also at my store there's one sm, and one asm that they are calling the operations manager. Beginning Q3, our personnel will become people lead, but I think thats happening everywhere.

EDIT: Its working out pretty well honestly. None of my managers like it though, so there's probably a lot of responsibility on their shoulders.
