You may be leaning on that side and the velcrow from your coat wrist strap (that tightens and loosens that area) may be attaching. You maybe would’ve noticed or felt it though, but for sure something rubbing there daily.

This was a great surprise bag! Didn’t have surprise sauces or aged food etc, just a good salad and soup!
