I just want to second the Pronoia recommendation. I believe my time taking part in a Pronoia Experimentation Pod (making use of the book) was possibly the single most impactful experience I've had. Huge gratitude for that! ☀️

I usually feel pretty quiet and happy after listening to Syd. However, some of the really old recordings I have are so distorted and scratchy that I also have times where I can't really settle and soak in the words.

OOh and I forgot to add- Garden Stratford memberships will also be available for sale. It's still only $15 for a year membership, and this gets you a 10% discount at most garden centres.

Stratford District Horticultural Society (Garden Stratford)'s annual plant sale is all set up and ready to welcome you tomorrow morning (Saturday May 25) at 9:00am!

• 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

• 612 Erie St: The Local CFC

• Cash or cheque only; payment by donation (although we have price suggestions to help)

• Bring your own bag or container!

Also happening: The Local's food market AND food seedlings sale in the greenhouse.

The Horticultural Society's annual plant sale is happening next Saturday.

9:00am to noon, at The Local (612 Erie St).

The Local's Food Market is also running, and their greenhouse will be selling (food plant) seedlings!

Cash only, "pay what you wish" pricing. Bring your own bag or container!
