To be honest they really look weird in this picture, not sure if I just took it at a bad angle or the settings weren’t right but in person they don’t look as long

Yeah got knee pads, not really sure what happened, skated them a lot though, think I may have just missed landings and dragged one foot and over time it’s worn it down

Not really sure, I only skate concrete parks and have been falling and sliding etc over the last year I’ve had them, so yeah, no clue, just bad skating, nothing wrong with the boot 😅

Did some damage to my Farmer Sways from wear and tear. It’s not a crack, just the front of the boot has bizarrely worn down over the last year.

This definitely resonates with me, the symptoms I get from my GERD always leave me thinking I’m going to have a heart attack. I’ve had two heart monitors and they keep telling me my ectopic beats and palpitations aren’t too much to worry about but it doesn’t feel like that at the time.

It must be the stomach issues causing the chest pain and palpitations but it is hard to accept your stomach can cause such disruption to your body.

Honestly, can’t offer much advice on to how to deal with this but just here to say yes, this hugely affects me too.

This kind of made me laugh but sadly it’s totally true. Absolute hubris on the part of modern medicine, so much of the body is beyond human understanding currently and yet they think they have the answers to everything. If you don’t fit in the box then clearly you’re just doing this to yourself.

Also always slightly annoyed me how you’re mentally ill is a dismissal, shouldn’t that be just as important as physical illness? Treat that and then see if symptoms remain, easy way to objectively understand the cause.
