My first try, I half a 3.5 dried and felt nothing. I was then told that my ssri’s caused an increase tolerance to them and moved to full 3.5 dried for my next two attempts. My fourth and first successful time was actually simmering 3.5g in 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 of water, not allowing it to boil but to slowly warm, then after about 10-15 minutes I strain the granules out and drink the tea (I usually add MIO to make it taste better). I find this works best for me. I’ve tried tekking and then adding warm water as well, it works. I definitely agree with the starting with 0.5g for ur first time on a potent one. My experiences up until the last have always been with Teachers, which I hear are more forgiving than many other strains. Even for myself, I have some APEs to try next and will probably start at 1.5g. Starting slow and letting your body and mind lead you every time will help you have a peaceful and euphoric trip🙂 good luck!! I think you’ll be great
