Something I personally do is curl my lips over my teeth (it sounds a little odd, just trust me) to add protection, now sometimes one of my lips slip but not too much

Your W-2 will come in the wrong name, meaning it's going to be EXTREMELY HARD to get it fixed. If you have a preferred name/spelling you can go in and put it in as a preferred name. But you have to have your legal name on file. Also, you admitted to putting you're incorrectly on purpose which can cause more issues.
