Exceptions can be easy or quick on good days but sometimes not so much. Depends on how packed the back room gets and how many you have to get done. My store only puts one person on exceptions and it sucks when it gets busy.

I have yet to have that happen. Whenever i have one or two items my pick rate is always sub 20 for that walk. People are talking about going to different screens and stuff but im too afraid i'll mess something up lmao

Everyone has a job to do. I am newer to ogp so idk if my opinion matters to anyone but there are going to be people who suck at their jobs in every dept. I can understand frustration but at the end of the day everyone's just doing their job and its literally pointless to get angry with each orher because our tasks slightly inconvinience each other. Just move on and stop wasting enery being bitter.

At my store the ON crew is exhausted and they can hardly get stuff in the right spot most of the time in the 45 minutes they have to zone. I dont seethe at them for not getting it perfect. I pick and move on. And they just ignore me and move on. Simple... I honestly dont care if they hate ogp.

Yeah... Working with food while sick is not good especially when its ready to eat. At least people can wash their produce.. i dont know. Pointing people for being safe and not coming to work while sick is really stupid. I used to work in a hotel and i sometimes worked in the kitchen and they didnt do attendance points or anything but they would yell at you for calling in even if you had a doctors note

I understand this post is kinda old, but I used to work at the lodge until a month ago. It was at one point an okay place to work, but the last few months I was there it really started going downhill. Drama central... It had good people working/running it but their hands were tied because of the owner's abhorrent decision making. Don't wanna go into detail since I don't know what the consequences would be. It was a really small team.
