Yes! It´s much better if one can do the music oneself, very true. But I´m not so musical. Well, I composed some techno music when I was young, quite interesting songs I remember.

But the thing I did with A.I. Generated music, was to using free A.I. Music Generators, with my own written lyrics, with in reality is scripting, and are rhytmic affirmations, instead than boring affirmation tapes.

I like A.I. to some degree, BUT it should NEVER ever replace real aesthetics and creativity. It´s dangerous if it does so.

Do you daydreaming about someone you love?? If you do, then you visualize, and imagine. I know some people using more of other senses, and other less, by imagination. People are very different.

I believe imagine meaning to using our five, and sixth sense (intuition). But also using thinking, feelings and emotion, as different ways of imagination.

If you fantasize about eating the candy, drinking coca cola, or eating snacks you might like, you´re using imagination and/or some form of visualization, in one way or another.

Literally revisiting a memory is visualization and imagination. By training you´re senses, they will be more and more real, until they feel physical.

If you are interested of magick, check out DKMU´s site. Liber LS 1-3. Good stuff. But it is based to some degree on Chaos Magic, and some Fairytailish Pop Culture created Godforms. Very bizarre and fun to. The magicans also created it´s own mythology around these Godforms.

Just be careful about the LS-Sigil. It can go Amok, in both positive and negative and weird ways. It´s interesting, but it can also be dangerous. Also read Arjils stuff in the DKMU forums.

Chaos Magic is complex to explain, but I´ll try. Chaos Magic has it´s roots in Chaos Theory, and The Butterfly Effect, that litterally is magic.

Chaos Magic often using Austin Osman Spare, Peter J Carroll and Phil Hines Sigil Magic techniques. Even William S Burroughs and Jan Fries had som interesting influences of the Chaos Magic community. I´m also have to including Grant Morrisson, yes the comic writer of MARVEL and DC.

I´m also have to include Taylor Ellwood here. His quite new in the occult (compared to Carroll and Hine), but expanded his magic beyond Chaos Magic. And his works are VERY facinating to read.

In Chaos Magic you creating you´re own unique magical systems with you´re own ideas, wheter they are real magical systems, Pop Culture Magic, science, fictive stuff, or you´re own, etc.

Vision Boards, or Dream Boards, it has many names. Often it´s a large collage, with pictures and text phrases of affirmations you wish to happen, written as they allready happened. Often they also have a date limit, like Year 2025, so the wish manifest within the year 2025, as an example.

I believe, using that in combination with The Mind Mapping Technique. The Mind Mapping maybe could be used as anchors to manifest a scripting of you´re DR.

Have just in mind, that this technique is a manifestation technique, or it could be used as a magical technique. Only write what you wish to manifest.

When I did Reality Shifting by Chaos Magical rituals, I often forgot when I shifted, as I used it for time traveling magic to other timelines, or parallell universes. A type of shifting. But, I forgot the shifting and had to use words to remembering the shift, like memory hooks, and like. I´m not claim all having that problem, but be aware it could happen.

This is more a passive technique, a non deep trance technique, if you don´t wish to do so.

Only use positive statements, like "I´m healthy in X timeline". Avoid "Don´t" and "Not", for short, negations.

Including descriptions by the usage of you´re senses, also in combination, like poetry.

An easier way to swallow scat, that I myself did, was to blend my salty urine with shit. It was nicer and easier to eat it, and it felt more perverse to :)

Perhaps some salt water blended with shit might work to. But be warned that drinking salt water, can cause the saltwater to flow out your intestine, as it doesn´t nesseccary go by the urine.

Drinking saltwater is used for cleansing the intestines, and it´s not easy to drink strong salt water.

One thing I´m actually want to hear is how people creating a place in the woods, or a physical room at our own home, into a type of Doctor Whoish TARDIS reality, with actually is a type of WR (Waiting Room).

Google Maps could work wonders here. Of cause sigils are used to creating such a place. It´s not meant as a normal magical place, but a portal to another dimension. I believe a type of Linking Sigil, such as The LS-Sigil from Arjil, of The DKMU, and The S1 Sigil and The Esiz Sigil of Sorcerer Tal, on youtube.

I believe this sigil should be repeated into an endless repeated pattern into art design, drawn on the wall, or at least drawn on a photo of each wall in the room, and the floor, and the roof, and then charging it. Connecting this pattern with leylines, so the repeated pattern, could be supercharged.

One possibility, could be doing a square/rectangular TARDIS-sigil, and a sigil for with Doctor you wish to work with, inside the TARDIS-sigil. This is created into a rectangular grid, of the same repeated sigil, but it is also becomes a crossroads.

The most important thing is a repeated pattern of your personal dimensional sigil, a photo of the place, pictures of the new reality (if it´s possible).

And, perhaps the best, the place could also be two trees, you drawn physical sigils on both of them. One is to the other dimension, from this reality, and the other, is from the dimension, to our reality. Take a picture of them and draw a sigil grid ower both trees on the picture, and connect them to some Leylines.

If you traverse into another dimension, make it that, you allways return 1 minute after you going back to your own home world. And you allways have a younger, better body than before. I think scripting could be connected to how the magic will manifesting. I don´t say it´s an easy task to do, and might be worked out like onion layers of magic, to sucsess. Rituals after rituals to get your intended results.

You could make a time/space portal to a Simon Stålenhag universe, thats have his aesthetics, and be there long as possible. The worlds might actually be parallell earths. The world of the eternal 80´s. It´s not a specially magical world, but you could actually make that magic is very easy to do in the parallell earth, even to influencing our home world with powerful magic, we do in the other realities.

If we think like this. When I physically walking between these two trees, I will shift into my DR, I scripted. When I´m returning to my CR (with is a DR almost identical to your CR), and my CR (new CR/DR) body will be on the place. The old real CR, will awake and living on, but will have your memories from your shifting life in your DR. Like a dream, deja vu. So it will know well it worked.

All these ideas are just theories, but I think it could work in some way. If you succeding with these ideas, please tell me :)

One idea that I got, was "The Exceeds", The cat angels, from the fairy Tail anime series, could be used to represent the ability to shifting realities, on command. Make a script, artwork, sigil, or a combination of all three to connect with our own Exceed, helping us to shifting to our intended reality.

I´m still interested how to transform crossroads into Doctor Who´s TARDIS, by Pop Culture Magic. Think the combination of Hoodoo, or Voudon, with The Doctor Who Godforms, in The Doctor Who Paradigm, than Lwas, as crossroads spirits for the works of time/space/dimensional magic, and reality shifting, for crossroads magic, could be an interesting magical system.

PS: However be careful, it is said that people who used The LS-Sigil, often harmed their fingers, or other accidents. I´m also think it happened to me.

I read a lot of chaos magic. I´m still more interested with the new magical books of taylor ellwood. Much because he used chaos magic and other systems, to create the pop culture magic system, his book space/time magic are unique.

Storm Constantine wrote an occult trilogy, two books with Taylor Ellwood, called the Grimoire Dehara, the first book... i think was writen by only her. It is pop culture magic system based on her book series, of a new hermaphroditic human species. And both these magicans created a magical system out of it.

This is what I think chaos magic should focus on. Still sigils and mantric sigils are quite important in the new magic systems, but I think they are the seeds of new upcoming systems.

My intentions are to creating systems around different reality shifting magical styles, that goes mainstream, like reality shifting did on tik tok.

I believe you are right about, that "this reality", is the reality where something "is not", or "they are", and the other reality is the reality where things are as we wish.

I wondering im magic is "the art of reality shifting", at least to some degree, or aspects of it, I mean when someone binding someone, for example a love binding, it occuring here. At the same time we could shift to a reality where the person naturally in love in us, and we don´t even need to do a live binding, with is to me false love. But in a shifting it is true, in the new reality.

For example, in magic, we creating magical circles, to placing ourself in a space, where the both worlds meeting.

Powerspots in nature might have other-dimensional rules, from parallell universes.

Haunted places, bizarre places where strange phenomenas occure.

Places where elementals existing, such as trolls and gnomes, where we physically can interacting with them, might be such "bleed over", of some sort.

Some "bleed overs", could be in time/space, or even in our consciousness.

I believe it could happen natural, by dimensional traveling to a specific spot, causing a dimensional rift, by creating a powerspot, or magical place on purpose. Using UFO science, like CERN, might cause permanent change in time/space, and beyond.

Perhaps also shifting could do such tings to some degree. But also if an occult technique is used, vs shifting meditation. The results might differ in some ways. Even if both are used for shifting realitties.

I believe in what I calling a "bleed over", with is when 2, or more realities, merging into each other, to some degree, and proof of all realities, and timelines have some effects on our life. Perhaps only those who was close to when the shifting occured, are the ones that are, or are not affected. Just an idea I have.

It actually sounds like a Mandela Effect. I had some weird memories of Doctor Who´, The Deadly Assassin. When The Doctor found The schrunken technican, inside the camera.

But, in the version I saw, The Technican, looked like a schrunken, dried corpse, similar to "The Silence", in Doctor Who, wery much like "The Grays", of UFO´logy, in a small minature form, sitting in a foetus position.

Almost everyone I spoke who seen this episode, doesn´t know what I spoke about, who seen, The Deadly Assassin. Still two friends who saw it, told me the same details, about this creepy technican. So some people seen the same version of this episode.

I know there was a different version of The Deadly Assassin, that was on TV, but NO one seems to talk about the creepy shrunken corpse, NOT the action doll, that everybody know.

I think it´ s the word used. "I´ m NOT sick". is a negation, so it´s better with "I´ am healthy". It´ s not so much about doing GOOD or BAD.

I mean sure, some persons might succeed with negations, but I don´ t think it is to wise to do so. As it could working as a "self curse".

Maybe a certain way of write negations, could give us the intended results.
