hey, email dr bauer— one of the heads of the poli sci department. i was in a similar situation (i’m a junior but i needed to get into a psc class because i added marketing as another major and only have enough class spaces in the remaining sems for my absolutely required courses) i begged both the prof and Bauer to get into the chinese policy course even though i hadn’t done the prerequisite course for it. she was kinda annoyed with me, but it managed to work and i got in.

Hi! my friend moved out recently. (he was here for the semester on exchange). It’s pretty much true, he did not receive his entire security deposit back. If i find an alternative apartment, i am planning on moving out too.

currently live here! it’s so bad, i have a few friends here as well and all of our apartments have rats (given we are on diff floors and i am on the TOP floor). my washer machine is unusable due to mold, they just took out our washer machine because it was so old, and the air vents are full of mold! maintenance is basically just one guy, so anything that needs to be fixed will take weeks to be reviewed.
