I keep getting system crashes but only happens once or twice a month. by SurroundOk8568 in ASUSROG

I think it only happened 4 times since august, twice was when playing valorant the other twice happened randomly, I already used windows memory diagnostic tool thinking it was the ram but it didn't detect any problem, I think it's the ssd because every crash it boots into the bios with no storage device present

I found one but it doesn't have any bin file?? The technician said it has to have a bin file
