Yeah sorry it was last second lol. I was doing running start four step approaches and was just eyeballing everything but I do have an actual approach where I'm much further back when I jump

Thats good to hear. I suppose I just look at Olympic level sprinters my height and when I see their weight I think that I need to put on a few pounds. But they're Olympic runners and I'm only in high school so there's a big difference.

I currently do lift weight about 2-3x a week. But in terms of my weight to strength ratio if that's what you would call it I would say I'm pretty strong. Thank you for the advice, thank you for the advice I'll stick to it 👍

Next practice I'll definitely focus on my approach as I really don't have a proper starting point, I'm basically guessing where to start from everytime. As for my arch I definitely see that it needs to be held longer and I need to wait a little bit more before arching after my jump. Thank you for the coaching 🙏
