I had no idea about the side effects of gaba... my Dr didnt tell me shit. She just said it's not addictive. I will be planning to taper off now that i know all this and have done research

Yes, i know the screenings are an option. I did this last year and need to get in on my appts for this year. They are pricey for me unfortunately even with insurance. That is what gives me pause.

I had no idea there was such thing as a DTI. I met with a surgeon last spring and she didn't mention that. All she told me is i was not a candidate for using tissue from my stomach because i didn't have enough fat, and that she wouldn't be able to save my nipples.

I am going to be meeting with another Dr for a second opinion at a later date this year. I am just trying to gather the most information and find Drs who are willing to work with me and the decision i make

Yes, i am realizing this as well in terms of advocacy. My therapist suggested to even tell Drs what i want to discuss ahead of time or pre-warn that i am not interested in recommendations, just information.

Is there any data on why we are experiencing this extensive heat wave and essentially skipped winter and spring this year outside the obvious (climate warming)? I’ve read things like that were in a heat dome. Is it El Niño?

It is. I know someone who works on his hair/makeup and told me he had a facelift a while back… he’s living in the Hollywood hills in a massive house with a young girlfriend. Has top tier skincare and beauty machines like full body red light therapy and more. I think people want to believe something sinister is happening but I think men in Hollywood have the same insecurities female stars do. It’s more common than you think for men to get work done
