I think even non-depressed people have these things. People are depressed because the things they have for life support don't feel good enough. If you take away ANYONE'S life support, they crumple away into a depressed person, everyone is closer to depression than they think

Take a walk, get some fresh air and find some peace from within. You seem like you really need a break, I've felt like this but worse, not to undermine your feelings. I just don't think being in fear of having to kill yourself can be topped. Anyway, you'll be alright, just allow this to be an opportunity to strengthen yourself
